General FAQ

Sleepy Peach is a clothing brand created by Eric and Juliet. We don't follow trends - we create them. Each design is unique and can't be found anywhere else.

The brand is based in Southern California. It launched in 2018. All designs are original cut/sew pieces sourced in sweatshop-free factories monitored by us in the USA, Canada, China, and Pakistan. Everything you see is created and funded independently from our own pockets.

1. When do you restock your clothes?

Restocks can take upwards to a year. You can join the Wait List on any item and be notified immediately when the item does restock.

3. How do you size your clothes?

All of our items have their measurements listed as a tab under "SIZE GUIDE." In general, we size our clothes for men.

4. What's your return policy?

Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of your delivery.

If you have an account with us, you can request a return via the account portal.

If you do not have an account with us, be sure to shoot us an email with your original order number before returning any item. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item. 

Mystery bags, Thrift Shop items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

5. How long will it take for my item to ship?

Shipping to the USA is free. Shipping elsewhere will cost between $20-30 per item. You will be able to view your shipping costs before you complete your purchase. 

We ship with USPS. Unless otherwise stated, all items will take between 1-3 business days to ship.

Items shipped to the USA typically arrive within a week. Items shipped outside the USA can take upwards to a month. All items ship with a tracking code that you can use to check on your order.

6. How do I change an order?

Please contact us with your name and order number. We will have to cancel your order so you can place another order with the correct information.

7. How do you wash your clothes?

Although we recommend dry cleaners, you can wash your Sleepy Peach clothes with your regular clothes. The colors will not run, and every item has been tested to be machine washable. If you don't have access to dry cleaners, wash your Sleepy Peach garments on the "cold water" setting and air dry. Our clothing tags feature detailed instructions.

8. Do you offer wholesale discounts?

We are lucky enough to partner with boutiques all over the USA! Please send us an email regarding wholesale prices. We offer discounts on purchases of 8 or more items.
