Shipping & Returns
Shipping to the USA is free. Shipping elsewhere will cost between $20-30. You will be able to view your shipping costs before you complete your purchase.
We always ship with USPS. An item typically takes 1-3 business days to ship, unless otherwise stated. Some releases are busier than others. If an item is significantly delayed, we will certainly let you know.
Most items will arrive to your doorstep within the week if you're from the USA. Items to Canada and Mexico take about 2 weeks, and items elsewhere will take up to a month. Items ship with a USPS tracking code that you can use to check on your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking code to work.
Items will be shipped in a generic USPS box/bag. This is done to discourage theft.
We understand that returning items online can be a scary and awful experience, and we want to make it as painless as possible!
Unless otherwise stated, returns are accepted for any reason within the first 30 days of your purchase. To ensure a quick refund, send us an email with your original order number before returning any item. You will receive a new shipping label in a follow up email with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that international orders are responsible for creating the shipping labels, although we will reimburse the costs if you provide a receipt.
Shopping online can be difficult, and we want you to be happy with the fit of your item. The most common returns occur when the size of the item is incorrect. Please follow our size guide, and don't hesitate to email us or contact us via Instagram if you have any questions or concerns regarding fits! When in doubt (or between sizes), please size up! Our clothes are form-fitting and do not stretch.
You will receive one free return if you're exchanging for another size. If you're returning the item for another reason, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that mystery items/boxes are not eligible for returns. Thrift Shop items are not eligible for returns. Gift cards are a form of currency and thus are not available for refunds.
CHANGING AN ORDER
In most cases, we are unable to change the items in an order or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order for you to place a new one. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed.
All prices are listed in USD. Conversion rates may be provided by your service provider, depending on your location. Sleepy Peach offers many payment services, including PayPal and most credit cards. Please contact us if you'd like to see a specific payment option that is unavailable.
If you have purchased a product that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and refund you with no additional action taken on your behalf.
